Introduction

With the implementation of 5G, AIoT, and new retail, the hotel smart industry is undergoing a new wave of transformation. In response to the pain points of the traditional hotel check-in process, we have designed a smart front desk for Home Inn, which allows users to complete the check-in and check-out procedures in just 1 minute, providing a fast and convenient self-service experience.

Project Objectives

Our goal is to design a smart front desk that provides a fast and convenient check-in experience for hotels. Specific objectives include:

– Providing self-service check-in and check-out functionality to reduce the complexity of manual operations.

Design & Development Process
