Yes. Every submission is treated as confidential, and we're happy to sign your NDA or provide our standard one before any design details are reviewed. Uploaded files are used solely for quoting and DFM review, and mold ownership transfers 100% to you once it's paid in full.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ for a first production run is 1,000 units — built specifically to support startups and SMEs validating a product before committing to a larger batch.

How accurate is the quote I'll receive, and when is pricing finalized?

The quote you receive within 24 hours is based on your CAD geometry, material choice, and estimated volume, and is accurate enough to plan a budget around. Final pricing is confirmed after the free DFM review, once wall thickness, tooling approach, and any design adjustments are settled.

I don't have finished CAD yet — can I still get a quote?
